Lori is simply the best there is for any Austin (or surrounding areas) home. She originally helped us get this house 4 years ago and homed in on our likes and dislikes within the first day of showing and brought us to the perfect house on the first day!

We used Lori to purchase our new home in New Braunfels TX and to sell our home in Cedar Park, TX.
In our purchase, Lori did a great job showing homes that fit our requirements and helped us avoid some neighborhoods that had issues that were not apparent to someone who didn’t know the area. The home we purchased had 10 bidders and Lori helped us understand what we needed to offer to have a chance. We found out later that we bid the same as someone else but we got the home because of some reasonable concessions Lori has us put in our offer. Even with an aggressive bid, the house appraised for 15k over our purchase price.
On our home sale she recommended some sensible repairs and inexpensive ways to de-clutter and strategically paint to help make the home show like a model home. She also told us what improvements NOT to do if they would not help sell the home.
When it came to pricing our home she recognized it was a sellers market and priced it aggressively vs. recent comps. The home sold for $70k over asking and more than $100k over a recent comp in the area; one which had itself sold for $100k over asking.
In addition to being a wonderful person, she helped us a lot on both purchase and sale regarding concessions to seek and to reject during the closing processes. She is a shrewd negotiator. We will use her again who we have a need and highly recommend her to you.
